Texas Vintner Cruise, Hotel Valencia

Enjoy a cruise along the San Antonio River while soaking up the savvy of a Texas Winemaker.
Cruises begin at the Hyatt with hors d'oeuvres Seating is limited for this event.


Thursday, November 6

The Cultural Cocktail Event
          6:00 p.m.

$75 at the door (subject to availability)
Mixologists will shake, muddle and pour the way through a spectacular evening event using
great local ingredients and flavors.
Whatever your guilty pleasure, one thing is for sure, Fabulous Cocktails, Great Friends,
New Connections - The Cultural Cocktail, an event you just won't want to miss!

Winemaker Dinners
7:00 p.m.

Reservations placed with restaurants.
Select one of San Antonio's most acclaimed restaurants and enjoy an evening in the company of
winemakers from around the world as they offer up some of their best bottles to be paired with
equally worldly, wine-friendly foods in a multi-course format
designed to display the variety of each vintner's wines.

Winery Lunch, Becker Vineyards

Dine with noteworthy chefs and savor select Texas wines from Dr. Richard Becker,
owner/winemaker of Becker Vineyards,
and winemaking friends from the surrounding Hill Country.

Lo Mejor de Mexico - The Best of Mexico, The Vault

Our previous years' guest chefs from Mexico return to dazzle us with
their talents as we highlight the Best of Mexico.

Choose from an appetizing array of winemaker luncheons at restaurants across the city.  
Enjoy an afternoon in the company of  winemakers and their best bottles
paired with the chef's dazzling menu.    

New World Grand Tasting, The Lodge Restaurant of Castle Hills

$80 per person
$90 at the door (subject to availability)
It is what it says - the very best of tastings ALL in one place.  
The Grand Tasting truly delivers all the great food and wine that the festival has to offer.  
Dine with celebrity chefs and mingle with winemakers galore!  
Attire is dressy casual for this event and you'll want to arrive early
and leave late as chefs and winemakers prepare the grandest of fares.   
(The first 1,000 attendees will receive the official Festival Tasting Glass.
Valet Parking is available at the event for $5.)   


Sunday, November 9

Totally Tejas, Rio Cibolo Ranch

A fun-filled afternoon of food, wine and friends.
Wineries and chefs will be on hand to provide their finest selections.
Expand your knowledge through an array of seminars with topics such as
herbs, wine making and food demonstrations.
Go Texan crafts vendors and businesses help you get an early start on your holiday shopping
with everything from jewelry to jelly. For this event, the whole family is encouraged to join us!  
Children's activities are abundant!  
Enjoy all the amenities of the ranch with hayrides, river barge rides, live entertainment,
a silent auction, and storytelling from the old west!
